Um, it's supposed to be able to grant the wish of whoever touches it... And then it can be split up into its components and carried by individual people and reunited later... or something.

Um, I guess I never really paid that much attention to it, so I dunno what it's supposed to do when it's on the back of your hand. Give you magic powers, I guess, but I'm not sure what kind.
