Sorry, maybe "swap" was the wrong word. I don't think anyone from the world the Triforce is from is in the City right now. I'm pretty sure there used to be someone, but not anymore.

What I meant is that you probably got a specific set of powers from a specific other world, and not just something that came out of nowhere.
