There are such things as curses, yes, but they're a little different from the ones that are here. They're much more like the ones in the stories, where I'm from. I once met a prince who was cursed to be a frog back home, actually, and I managed to break that curse for him.

The normal ones do. Some last for two days, and every so often a curse will last for three. But it's rare for a curse to go on longer than that, and no matter how many days they go on for, the ending always comes at the stroke of midnight.
