The ball was...more fun than I was expecting, really. Though I suppose that's a good lesson to be learned, isn't it? That sometimes a dear friend can be the best partner of all, and romance can occasionally go by the wayside. I'm still worried about Blue, though...

Still. It was lovely while it lasted, but for now I'm afraid I'll have to get back to work.

-Nightshade Juice (Plant-based. Either find a place to buy it or wait until the end of month and hope Kurama can help)

It still hurts. That's horrible, isn't it? They're not even my feelings and they still hurt. And the other ones...those ones are my feelings, and they hurt too. But moping won't solve anything, anyway. I've had my fill of that; any more would just be...childish. Wouldn't it? Moping and crying won't do anything but waste time and make me miserable. And that's all fine and good, I suppose, but--time spent worrying is time wasted, time I could've been using to find a way to save them. It's always about time, isn't it? Tick, tock, like the grandfather clock in the manor. It was twenty-four hours then. How long will it be this time? I hope it'll be long enough...

Well. It's better to keep busy, anyway. It'll help to take my mind off of things, won't it? That's right. No sense worrying when I ought to be doing.

So that's what Valentine's Day is like, is it? I suppose it's a rather nice holiday when there aren't all the curses affecting it. And Blue, thank you again for being my escort to the ball; I really did have a lovely time, and I hope you did as well.

Blair, it was a great pleasure to make your acquaintance. You did a simply wonderful job with the ball, and I do hope we'll have the opportunity to speak again in the future. Today seems to be another curse. I wonder why we're having so many of them lately? At least this one is...reasonably harmless. Silly, yes, but harmless. Though I do have to ask:
