o Archery practice (at least one hour)

o Start Rollerblading again?

-Evenings:

o Dinner
o Study lines for Helena
o Practice flute (if time)
o Go to bed

...My goodness, there's nothing like keeping busy to help a person keep from worrying. And to make a person forget to write in her journal, too. I'm glad I've finally made a list of it all, though; it'd be much harder to keep up with everything if I didn't have it all written down someplace. I do hope I'm not forgetting anything, though!

It's better to keep busy. If I'm not--well, no, I don't know when I'm going home, honestly. Not anymore. Though it seems as though some people can tell when they're about to be taken home, and I'd really thought--I don't know. But if it's true that time doesn't pass while I'm gone...then it's all right, if I don't leave here just yet, isn't it? Everything happens for a reason, Daddy would say. Every cloud has a silver lining. It's only right that I make the best of it.

Mm, it's nice to see that I haven't completely forgotten how to play Greensleeves, though. Still...perhaps I ought to branch out a little, and try learning something new instead. After all, just because I'll never get tired of it doesn't mean everyone else around me won't, either.

It'll only be this busy for a little while, really. I'm just working hard on the archery so I'm sure I'll be ready for Caspian's tournament, and the play is still a month or two off, but I want to be sure I know all my lines before then.

That's very sweet of you, Sam. And courageous, too. But fortunately for everyone concerned, I'm not back in practice enough yet to be using targets that small, or target-holders that important to me.

Wait... at some point you get good enough that you do use friends holding small targets?

No, no, that much I was just teasing about. But there was a time when I was good enough that, under those conditions, I would've been confident in my ability to hit the target anyway. You know, if somehow both our lives depended on it, or something like that.

I'd still trust you to take the shot now if our lives depended on it.

If ~~your life~~ our lives depended on it, I wouldn't miss. I'd be terrified, most likely, but I'd find a way to manage it somehow.
