[Accidental Video Post]
[The video opens with a slightly crooked view of a blonde girl huddled in a corner of the room, her long purple and black dress seeming to swallow her up. Upon closer inspection, her eyes are red from crying, and she is clutching a book with trembling fingers.
She sniffles, opening the book to a well-creased page. Her sleeve slips back a touch, showing off a glimpse of a wrist with the skin rubbed raw. She ducks her head, letting her hair fall in a curtain around her face as she begins to read.
A few seconds later, there is a noise like the creaking of floorboards, and the girl panics--shoving the book beneath the nearest piece of furniture and cringing into the wall, as though pressing her back into the corner will somehow make her invisible.]
"E-Edgar…?"
[Her voice is hoarse. When there is no reply after a few moments, the girl begins to shiver.]
"Not her not her not her not her not her please not her…"

[OOC: King’s Quest IV Alternate Ending time! What if Rosella was careless and got caught sneaking around Lolotte’s castle? Well, let’s see…none of her family knows where she is, her father dies from his heart attack, Genesta dies from lack of her magic talisman, Rosella is forced to marry Lolotte’s son Edgar, and between Genesta’s talisman and Pandora’s Box, Lolotte is free to wreak all the havoc she wants on the land of Tamir. My name is Princess Rosella of Daventry. I came to Tamir to find a magic fruit that would save my father's life. I was brought here by a fairy named Genesta, who needed me to retrieve a talisman--her life depended on it. A witch named Lolotte had stolen it. I t-tried to get it back but Lolotte--she said she'd give me a reward if I helped her, I only did it to look for a way to steal the talisman, but the reward--she was going to make me marry her son. She locked me in a tower so I couldn't get away, but--I tried to get out--
[A shaky breath]
Please--I took too long, my father and Genesta are dead and it's my fault and--my family doesn't know where I am. They might think I'm dead, too. Please, I don't...I don't know what else to do...
